This website is operated by Meridian Trade Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. (registration no. 202501054499 (1655905-X)), the company responsible for placing AISHA BEAUTY cosmetics on the Malaysian market. References to “AISHA BEAUTY”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean this company.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not place an order. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into the purchase, or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

We take reasonable care to present product names, sizes, prices, directions, warnings and images accurately. Screen settings and packaging updates may cause minor visual differences. Availability may change without notice.

Our products and website guidance are for cosmetic use only. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition and are not medical advice. Read the label, ingredients, directions and warnings before use. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Where a product page and the physical label differ, follow the current directions and warnings supplied with the product and contact us if clarification is needed.

Review the products, quantities, delivery details and total before submitting checkout. An order request is created when checkout begins. A binding order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and we issue an order reference or confirmation. An automated acknowledgement that payment is still pending does not by itself mean we accepted the order.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product cannot be supplied, a price or description was clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified, delivery details are incomplete, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment would breach law. If payment was taken for a cancelled item, we will arrange the applicable refund.

Quantities may be limited to protect stock availability and fair access. Products shown as available may become unavailable before payment is confirmed.

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The product subtotal, delivery charge and final total are shown before you authorise payment. The amount shown at checkout is the amount submitted for payment, subject only to correction of an obvious error before acceptance.

Stripe processes card payments in its secure checkout. We do not receive or store full card credentials. Your card issuer may apply its own verification, currency or account rules. A failed or interrupted checkout does not necessarily establish whether your bank placed a temporary authorisation; contact your bank or us if the result is unclear.

Stock is allocated when payment is confirmed. If the quantity ordered exceeds stock available for immediate fulfilment, the available quantity may be prepared first and the remainder recorded as a paid backorder. We will show or communicate the outstanding quantity and an expected arrival date when known.

An order containing available and backordered products may arrive in separate shipments. We do not charge another delivery fee solely because one paid order is split for fulfilment. You may contact us about cancellation of an outstanding backordered item before dispatch; any refund will follow the Returns & Exchanges policy and applicable law.

We currently accept delivery addresses within Malaysia. Estimated delivery after dispatch is typically 3–5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5–7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and backorder lead time is separate.

Please provide a complete and accurate address and a reachable telephone number. Courier tracking is shown where available. Risk in the products passes on delivery to the address supplied, subject to rights available under Malaysian consumer law.

We are not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control, but we will take reasonable steps to update you and fulfil or resolve the affected order.

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. An order that has not been dispatched may be cancelled for a full refund. Once dispatched, the Returns & Exchanges policy applies.

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery under the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Separate remedies apply to damaged, defective or incorrect products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian consumer law.

Approved card refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank or card-issuer processing time is outside our control after Stripe accepts the refund.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or security controls, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or use automated means to overload the service. We may restrict access or decline a transaction where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business or the website.

AISHA BEAUTY names, product presentation, photographs, text and website materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may view them for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You may not copy, alter, distribute or commercially exploit them without permission.

Links and integrations such as Stripe, WhatsApp and Instagram are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content or services merely because this website links to them.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted, or for loss caused by misuse contrary to product directions.

Our responsibility for a product issue will be assessed under these terms, the Returns & Exchanges policy and applicable Malaysian consumer law.

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The terms in effect when your order was accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
