Cookies are small text files a website or service stores in your browser. Local storage keeps information in the browser without using a traditional cookie. Similar technologies may use session identifiers or security signals to operate a service.

Some technologies last only for the current browser session; others remain until they expire or you remove them. Their duration is controlled by the service setting them and your browser controls.

The public AISHA BEAUTY catalogue, enquiry form and AI Ritual do not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. Product selections and unfinished form details are held in the open page and are not intentionally saved as marketing profiles in your browser.

We use technical requests and short-lived identifiers where necessary to protect forms, rate-limit repeated requests, prevent duplicate checkout attempts and show the result of a payment. These are used for operation and security, not advertising.

Stripe provides the embedded card-payment experience. Stripe may set cookies or use similar technologies needed to process payment, authenticate the transaction, prevent fraud, remember the checkout state and keep its service secure. These are controlled by Stripe under its own cookie and privacy information.

Blocking Stripe's essential technologies may prevent secure checkout from loading or completing. AISHA BEAUTY does not use Stripe checkout information for behavioural advertising.

The private staff area uses authentication cookies or local browser storage to keep an authorised staff member signed in, protect restricted pages and support security controls. Staff should sign out on shared devices and follow the organisation's access requirements.

Authentication storage may remain until sign-out, expiry or browser removal. Related server-side staff access and security records are retained for two years from the last recorded activity unless a longer period is required for an unresolved security or legal matter.

Links to WhatsApp and Instagram open services operated by Meta. Those services may set their own cookies after you follow the link or interact with them. AISHA BEAUTY does not control those technologies.

Lovable Cloud hosts the website and may process essential network and security information needed to deliver and protect it. The configured Lovable email and AI services operate on the server and do not add advertising cookies to the AISHA BEAUTY public pages.

You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. You can also use private-browsing controls where available. Blocking essential storage may stop staff sign-in, checkout or other protected functions from working correctly.

Because we do not currently use optional analytics, advertising or marketing cookies on the public website, there is no separate advertising-cookie preference panel. If that changes, this policy and any required choice controls will be updated before those technologies are used.

Browser cookies and local storage follow the expiry set by the service or remain until removed. AISHA BEAUTY retains associated checkout, security and staff activity records for two years from the relevant transaction or last recorded activity, unless law or an unresolved dispute requires longer retention.
